How It All Started
Chang and Chica Capital was not built overnight. It started when two real estate entrepreneurs met through a commercial real estate investing community. We were both eager to learn, hungry for growth, and looking for people who took action.
What started as weekly accountability calls turned into a deep mutual respect. Long after the initial excitement of the community wore off, we were the ones still showing up, analyzing deals, and asking the hard questions.
We realized we shared the same core values: a military-connected work ethic, a desire to educate others, and a firm belief that real estate shouldn't be a closed-door club. We decided to combine our strengths to create a firm that puts relationships and education before transactions.

Yuepheng Chang
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
After 15 years in the Navy, Yuepheng stepped away from stability to pursue what mattered most, freedom, presence, and purpose. His path into real estate began with an unexpected lesson. After his first property purchase did not go as planned, he accidentally became a landlord, but the numbers still worked. That experience sparked a realization that real estate could be a vehicle for long term wealth, flexibility, and generational impact.
Today, Yuepheng is a father, real estate entrepreneur, and co-founder of Chang & Chica Capital. He focuses on investor education, relationship building, and capital raising within multifamily and RV park opportunities. Through CCC, Yuepheng helps busy professionals, veterans, and service members better understand passive real estate investing so they can ask better questions, evaluate opportunities with more confidence, and take intentional steps toward building their legacy.
Andrea Chica
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Hey, I’m Andrea Chica, Army officer and real estate investor on a mission to build financial freedom through multifamily and outdoor hospitality with Chang & Chica Capital. I believe everyone deserves a shot at building wealth, and it starts with financial education that actually makes sense. I help people create passive income through commercial real estate, so they can stop trading time for money and start living life on their own terms.
